Abstract:
El ensayo controlado aleatorizado INTRO-HCV realizado en Noruega entre 2017 y 2019 descubrió que el tratamiento integrado, en comparación con el tratamiento hospitalario estándar, para el virus de la hepatitis C (VHC) con antivirales de acción directa (AAD) mejoraba los resultados del tratamiento entre las personas usuarias de drogas inyectables (PWID). Se evaluó la rentabilidad de la intervención INTRO-HCV.
