Esta revisión pone de relieve que las personas mayores con enfermedades crónicas no tienen cubiertas todas sus necesidades de atención respecto su salud física y psicológica, su vida social y el entorno en el que viven e interactúan. Los resultados de esta revisión también enfatizaron la importancia de desarrollar modelos de atención y servicios de apoyo basados en las necesidades de las personas mayores.
Esta revisión pone de relieve que las personas mayores con enfermedades crónicas no tienen cubiertas todas sus necesidades de atención respecto su salud física y psicológica, su vida social y el entorno en el que viven e interactúan. Los resultados de esta revisión también enfatizaron la importancia de desarrollar modelos de atención y servicios de apoyo basados en las necesidades de las personas mayores.
